CANADA SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping on all orders excluding the following items which are shipped from the manufacturer:

We do our best to process all orders within 2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. We will contact you if there is any delay with your order. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received.
Shipping confirmation with the shipment tracking number(s) will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. Shipping to Canada can take from 2 to 4 business days, and up to 9 business days for free standard shipping orders. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Package deliveries may be delayed due to limited transportation availability, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
US SHIPPING

Please be aware that customs fees, taxes and duties may apply to certain products. Shipping to the US can take from 2 to 14 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipments are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or DHL, depending on the item and the location of where the item is located.
*Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country in which it was manufactured. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item. Duty fees will not be refunded on returns for this shipping method.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and links to the selected courier website. We may send you more than 1 tracking number if your order does not fit into one package, or some of the items are being shipped from different locations.
If you do not receive any shipping confirmation emails or tracking information emails, please check your spam/junk and mark as “not junk” to receive our future emails.
REFUSED OR NEGLECTED SHIPMENTS
Please double check your delivery information before checkout. We cannot redirect orders once the item has been shipped. Addresses can only be changed when the order status is “preparing shipment”. Once the order is fulfilled, we can no longer change the address.
Please note that if delivery fails due to any reason including wrong address, refusal of parcel or neglected parcel at the postal office, your package(s) may be returned or discarded. If a parcel is discarded or returned back to us due to customer error, refusal or neglect, a refund cannot be made.
OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item in your order is out of stock or backordered after payment, we will notify you by email. If there are multiple items in your order and one of the items is out of stock or backordered, we will fulfill the product that is available and ship the out of stock or backordered item separately, when available.
